Cacao Ceremony
In ceremony, we activate our codes of remembrance as we begin to awaken to our true essence and purpose. We begin to remember our connection to the sacred web of life. Ceremony will include ceremonial cacao from Tanzania, movement and a sound journey where the vibration of the gong takes you into a state of deep relaxation as you journey into the portal of your heart to receive what’s in your highest good for 2023.

Somatic Medicine Circle
As we gather in Circle, we journey with the medicine of somatic practices to dive into the deeper layers of our consciousness. Here we connect with our own truth and wisdom. Our bodies hold both the stories of our past and seeds of potential of the future. Through breathwork, movement, stillness, and expressive arts, we travel through time and meet with the different parts of ourselves. When we immerse in these alchemical practices, we strengthen our relationship with ourselves through our bodies to arrive at a state of safety, authenticity, and belonging within. From here, we harness the confidence and courage to create a life of highest alignment and deepest joy.

* IMPORTANT * Things to note:
– Please bring your own yoga mat (we provide a cushion) & an extra cushion for your tailbone if you might need one
– Do not eat a heavy meal 2 hours ahead of cacao ceremony
– Wear comfortable clothes you can lie down in
– Bring a cover up if you might get cold & an an eye mask if you like
– Doors will be locked at 1005am. Late comers will be turned away once we start so as not to disrupt the experience.
– Ticket is non refundable but transferable

<< Meet your Facilitators>>

Stephanie (Founder, Soma Psyche Alchemy)
Somatic Depth Therapist (M.A.), Somatic Dance Movement Facilitator, 500h-RYT Somatic Yoga and Meditation Guide

Stephanie envisions for a world in which all humans feel safe, fully-bodied, and free. She creates experiences that supports participants safely back into the loving home of the body.

Stephanie was drawn to somatics and psychology through her personal journey of healing from disembodiment and dissociation that stemmed from unresolved trauma in her younger years. Through somatics, depth psychology and expressive arts, she learnt to create safety and support within her own body, and is the cornerstone of her teachings. She encourages the remembrance of our wholeness, so that we can live life that is robust, vibrant, and passionate.
