Calm your mind, and get some clarity on how our inner world affects our behaviour, reaction and mood.

If you are starting to pay attention to your emotional-mental wellbeing and curious to understand why you react, behave or feel a certain way… Grab a cup of tea and join us for a guided meditation sound bath led by Celeste, founder of The Inside Job; followed by an introduction to our inner world and Q&A with Spiritual Psychologist Kevin Westrich, facilitator of The Inside Job’s upcoming workshops.

Kevin will shed light on what makes up our inner world, what it means to gain inner awareness, and the importance of the journey back to our heart. If you have any questions about emotions, boundaries, bring them along as we wrap with a Q&A session where Kevin will address questions from the audience.

‹ About Celeste Chong, Founder of The Inside Job ›
Co-founder of the now defunct Butter Factory, Celeste spent most of her adult life ‘hustling’ and numbing her emotions and avoiding discomfort until she reached a point when that stopped working and out of sheer desperation, experienced surrender and a moment of grace, and so began her journey into recovery and self discovery. She is a firm believer that unprocessed trauma, emotions and stress are huge contributors to dis-eases and increasing rates of anxiety and depression. With BodyTalk, inner work, meditation, and sound healing, she navigates her journey home. Through her experience she helps others journey home by enabling them to slow down, sink into their hearts, turn their attention inwards, and discover self. Because Happiness is an inside job.
