How we react to triggers largely stem from this core aspect of self. The early years of our childhood affects our relationship to safety, security and creativity. When we re-parent and nurture our inner child, we become emotionally mature adults. Our inner child can be a wonderful teacher, it is that part of us that’s curious, playful, imaginative and creative.

What I’ve learnt from the last 7+ years in my healing, recovery and self-discovery:
The core trauma that we all face, is the separation from source. We have been led to believe that we don’t have a soul and that all of life is material and physical. It has resulted in most of us being unhappy and trapped in lives we do not truly desire. This separation from source and our divinity is at the root of all pain and suffering.
The antidote? Love, radical self-love and a return to wholeness.
What is it that we all truly want? To be loved, heard and seen, as we are.
How? Wholeness means embracing all parts of you: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, multidimensional.
When we begin to understand (in a felt sense) that we are not separate from the web of life, we begin to have a reverence for the sacredness of life. When we connect to Source, we tap into unlimited universal love. This belief and understanding will shift our perspective of others and how we treat Mother Earth. It will be the motivation and balm for us to heal and it will unveil our life purpose.
A return to love and wholeness is achieved through the Heart (not the mind). We have to allow ourselves to feel, instead of analyze/think our way into a solution.
It is my intention that in the sacred space I create, you are safe to be vulnerable and feel. You will be met with presence; loved, seen and heard as you are.
Being in a cacao ceremony is the best way to open our hearts. Cacao is known as ‘Food of the Gods’. It is a gentle heart opening medicine. You will feel Mama Cacao like a warm hug, wrapping each cell in your body with love, so you too vibrate at the frequency of LOVE. Find out more about ceremonial cacao here
***IMPORTANT*** Things to note:

- Doors open 10 minutes before Ceremony – please arrive at least 5 minutes early
- Doors will be locked once ceremony starts and late comers will be turned away so as not to disrupt the experience
- Ticket is transferable but non-refundable
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can sit and lie down in
- It is best not having a heavy meal 2 hours prior to ceremony and do not consume alcohol before ceremony.
- Our sessions are catered to adults, 16 years and above.

Celeste Chong
Activator – Soul Aligner – Cosmic Bridge
With a background in Marketing, Branding and Events, Celeste loves creating unique experiences. Her skillful project management and knack for strategic partnerships contributed to the key role she played in building 2 successful lifestyle brands (The Butter Factory & The Great Room) from scratch that expanded outside of Singapore.
In 2017, she hit rock bottom after a 20+ year battle with alcoholism. Her history of alcoholism, anxiety, depression and subsequent journey towards recovery and self discovery led to her spiritual awakening in 2019. Since then, she has been on a roller coaster ride home to her Heart.
Through her own lived experience, deep heart healing and unlearning, she now guides others on a journey home to their hearts through group and 1:1 ceremony. Her mission is to help others make that journey from head to heart, remember who they truly are, awaken to their magic within and align to their soul purpose.
With her expertise and passion in brand marketing, she looks forward to working with businesses and brands who are feeling the call towards Heart-led leadership and purpose driven offerings.
