Hello, I'm glad to have you here.
Are you:
- a resort owner planning a revamp or to develop a new wellness offering
- a business owner looking to launch a wellness/lifestyle brand
- interested in launching a wellness event
- a manager interested in improving your team's working dynamics
I am passionate about creating unique experiences and great at coming up with creative solutions.
In the past, I have played a key role in building successful lifestyle brands - The Butter Factory & The Great Room.
In the last 7+ years, I have dedicated myself to an inward journey of healing and self-discovery. In the process of unlearning, I see the limitations of the hustle culture with its sole reliance on the mind, which has resulted in increasing rates of anxiety, depression, insomnia, and dis-ease in the world.
Heart-led businesses are the way of the future. It does not only have to mean running a charity. A Heart-led business is one where everyone thrives, providing something of real value to the community.
A future where heart work is emphasized over hard work because management understands that heart work produces lasting better results, leading to the company's success.
I envision a future where businesses and leaders value and embody:
Healthy Communication and Boundaries
Empathy, Compassion, Respect
Authenticity, Connection
Collaboration over Competition
If this is something you resonate with and have an upcoming project, I would love to work with you.

Can travel really change your life for the better?
Transformational Travel will change how you see yourself and the world. You leave as a better version of yourself.
Why we’re afraid to feel (and how to overcome it)
A lack of education and emotional understanding has instilled fear around a perfectly normal human experience.
