MASK OFF is moving offline and into a conversational format this November. We will be hosting our first in person event at COMO Shambhala Urban Escape Singapore. We can’t wait to connect over meaningful conversation. Due to safe distancing guidelines, tickets are limited as we can only cater to a group of 15.
Join Celeste and her next guest Cheryl Tang. Cheryl is a mother, school founder, educational consultant, parenting coach and mindfulness teacher and practitioner. She experienced a transformational shift from traditional to conscious and mindful parenting in her own journey as a mother that has fostered a remarkably deep connection with her child and to her utmost surprise, a reconnection with her lost self. Celeste will be chatting with Cheryl on what Healing means, why Healing is so important, how does one begin and how to make time for it.
With honest open conversations, we shed light on the importance of emotional awareness and mental health. Deep down we have the same needs and fears. With our masks off, we are not so different after all.
Ticket includes hot/cold ginger tea and COMO Shambhala cookies for each attendee.

‹ About Celeste Chong, Founder of The Inside Job ›
Co-founder of the now defunct Butter Factory, Celeste spent most of her adult life ‘hustling’ and numbing her emotions and avoiding discomfort until she reached a point when that stopped working and out of sheer desperation, experienced surrender and a moment of grace, and so began her journey into recovery and self discovery. She is a firm believer that unprocessed trauma, emotions and stress are huge contributors to dis-eases and increasing rates of anxiety and depression. With BodyTalk, inner work, meditation, and sound healing, she navigates her journey home. Through her experience she helps others journey home by enabling them to slow down, sink into their hearts, turn their attention inwards, and discover self. Because Happiness is an inside job.
