Where is the retreat held?
Guests will be housed in individual lofts or studios at Heritage Collection Boat Quay.Our activities will be held in the spacious balconies of the Stamford Studio and Raffles Loft. This intimate retreat caters to 8 guests, assigned to 2 groups of 4 for the complete experience to minimise inter-mingling.

What is included in the ticket price?
2 nights stay in your own loft or studio. 2 evening workshops (Cacao Ceremony + Inner Ocean) and 2 morning sessions (Gong Bath + Breathwork). A welcome and closing circle. Breakfast on Day 2.

Is this suitable for beginners?
This retreat is suitable for adults (18yrs and up) regardless of whether you have a meditation or spiritual practice. All you need is an open mind, a willingness to get comfortable with discomfort (if any). You will be safely guided and supported by trauma-informed facilitators.

MEET YOUR FACILITATORS

Celeste Chong (The Inside Job) 
Certified BodyTalk, Gong & Essence of Angels® Practitioner

Celeste began her journey of recovery and self discovery 4+ years ago, after battling alcoholism for 20 years and anxiety in sobriety. Through her experience she helps others journey home to their hearts, enabling them to turn their attention inwards and connect to their authentic self. Celeste learnt how to facilitate a Cacao Ceremony from her teacher Joseph White Owl, who is one of the Indigenous Peoples of North America. Most recently, she has started her year-long professional Compassionate Inquiry training, a psychotherapeutic approach created by Dr. Gabor Maté.

Stephanie Leong (Soma Psyche Alchemy) 
Somatic Depth Therapist (M.A.), Somatic Dance Movement Facilitator, 500h-RYT Somatic Yoga and Meditation Guide

Stephanie envisions for a world in which all humans feel safe, fully-bodied, and free. She creates experiences that supports participants safely back into the loving home of the body. Stephanie was drawn to somatics and psychology through her personal journey of healing from disembodiment and dissociation that stemmed from unresolved trauma in her younger years. Through somatics, depth psychology and expressive arts, she learnt to create safety and support within her own body, and is the cornerstone of her teachings. She encourages the remembrance of our wholeness, so that we can live life that is robust, vibrant, and passionate.

What is your refund/cancellation policy? 

Tickets are non-refundable* but transferable
*Except in the case of regulation changes, the retreat may be postponed or cancelled OR if min number of participants is not met, the event will be cancelled.

If retreat is postponed, you have the option to keep your ticket or request for a refund. In the case of refunds, please note that refunds will be made minus the bank charges. This means if you paid $988 for your ticket, you will be refunded $938. However, The Inside Job will offer a coupon code for $35 which you can redeem for any of their classes.
