Join us for a weekend of cacao ceremonies and workshops at a private estate on the hilltops of Penang, Malaysia. Our retreats offer a sanctuary for rejuvenation and self-discovery. Step away from the grind and journey towards inner peace and fulfillment.

Accomodation: Hilltop Barns
Housed in traditional Thai Lanna rice barns, this is where nature meets comfort. Private and secluded, the barns offer an intimate retreat in a rainforest environment. We have 6 hilltop barns available with either a sunrise or sunset view. 5 barns have a King bed and 1 with twin beds. Book early to select the barn you prefer.

Natural Spring Water
The water you drink, bath and swim in comes from that source. It tastes absolutely fantastic and feels soft on your skin!

Cacao Ceremonies with Celeste, The Inside Job
Cacao is known as ‘Food of the Gods’. It is a gentle heart-opening medicine. We will be serving ceremonial cacao from Bali. During the retreat, we gather in ceremony daily. There are 3 cacao ceremonies where we will explore the theme: “Meet your inner child.” Your inner child can be a wonderful teacher, it is that part of you that’s curious, playful, imaginative, and creative.

Workshops with Diana, The Elemental Practice
#1 Sensing into Soma
An exploration of our inner landscape through movement, breath and touch, to bring us into a space of reconnection and aliveness.

#2 Sounding into Joy
Inviting freedom and play with our voices through guided vocal exercises, free-sounding, communal music-making and laughter.

1 x Twin Room Barn: S$1375 per person
5 x King bed Barn: S$1925 (single occupancy) or S$2475 (book as a pair sharing one barn).

• Do arrive and check in before 5pm on day 1
• It is highly recommended to book your airport pick-up from the venue as Grab drivers may not be familiar with the location. It is an approximately 30 minute drive from the airport.

Diana, The Elemental Practice
Diana is a body-oriented coach, somatic therapist and embodiment facilitator. Drawing from decades of embodied experience in the therapeutic, meditative and movement arts, she offers grounded space in movement, touch, sound and inquiry explorations. Find out more about her work here.

Celeste, The Inside Job
Celeste is passionate about creating safe spaces to feel and journey into you. Since getting sober in 2017, she has dedicated herself to recovery,self-discovery and healing. A spontaneous spiritual awakening in 2019 propelled her into the depths of her emotions, unseen realms, and various aspects of Self; taking her on a roller coaster ride home to her heart.
