New Year’s Cacao Ceremony
January 1, 2022 @ 4:15 pm - 6:30 pm UTC+8
The Great Room Raffles Arcade
328 North Bridge Rd, #02-20 Raffles Hotel Arcade
An invitation to be led out of your head into your heart. Join us for a heart opening ceremony. This is a 2-hour experience like no other! Connect. Play. Reflect. Relax. You will be guided into your heart through sound, movement, connection exercises, a heart awakening relaxation sound bath and sharing circle. [Ideal for self care and meaningful connection]
Why do we want to get out of our head?
When we only stay in the noisy chatter of the mind, we are disconnected from our authentic Self. This can lead to stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and dis-ease. But if we allow ourselves to slow down and sink into our hearts, we begin to open our hearts.
The open-hearted state
The 7 Cs of the open-hearted state as described by Richard Schwartz: Calm, Curious, Connected, Compassionate, Confident, Courageous, Clear.
“In an open hearted state – the state of your authentic Self – we have a deep and grounded sense of peace and an ever-growing confidence that we can handle what life gives us. We feel at home.” ~ Hilary Jacobs Hendel
“What happens when people open their hearts? They get better” ~ Haruki Murakami

<< Meet your Facilitator >>
Certified BodyTalk & Gong Practitioner, Celeste began her own journey of recovery and self discovery 4 years ago. She learnt how to facilitate a Cacao Ceremony from her teacher Joseph White Owl, who is one of the Indigenous Peoples of North America. He has combined aspects of his Nations culture and other learnings within the cacao ceremony. They met in Bali where he has been living for the last 3+ years, facilitating hundreds of Sacred cacao ceremonies at the Pyramids of Chi in Ubud. The Cacao Ceremony that she facilitates has been co-created under Joseph’s guidance. Through her experience she helps others journey home to their hearts, enabling them to relax, turn their attention inwards and connect to their authentic self.
